Review on the B. Even Skintone correcter

Hey guys, seeing as i didn't post in a while i have the second post of today. This is a review on the B. even skin tone corrector. I have been using this for nearly 2 weeks now and i feel that i can review the product now.You can purchase this at any Superdrug click here to visit the website.
Here is what the product looks like and the box that it comes in -

I haven't got any before and after pictures as i forgot to take the before picture. I do honestly think that this product does what it says on the packet. i used to have a lot of redness around my cheeks, nose and chin and after applying this twice a day after moisturiser i think it has worked perfectly and within the space of two weeks there is a visible difference and the majority of the redness has gone.

I think that they should produce a bigger bottle of this as it is starting to run out and i only use two small pumps with every application. So i doesn't last very long but i will definitely be purchasing this again.

Overall i am very happy with this product and it does exactly what it says. I am also very happy with how my skin is right now after using this product. I recommend this to anyone with an uneven skin tone as it works wonders.

Hope this review helps and if any of you have tried the product i would love to know what you think about it so leave a comment :)

Collective haul :)

Hey guys, i know i haven't posted in a while but that's because i have been ill with the flu since last Friday, i was going to do this post last Sunday but i was just way too ill to even do anything. So here it is my collective haul, most of this i bought on Black Friday when it was all on sale but some of it is just me spending money as usual haha.

First of all i have been wanting some black skinny ripped jeans, just because they simply look amazing. I think these jeans look so cool! I got these from a shop on ebay. Click here to go straight to the page i got them from. The only down side with these jeans is that there was no hole to put the button through to fasten them so i had to make the hole myself, i don't know if that was just bad luck or if they all come like that, but that can be easily fixed.

Next i got this amazing dress, also from ebay. Click here and it is style 3 that i got. This product was so cheap and it is really good quality! It fits perfectly and i am definitely going to be wearing this on new years eve!!

Another product i purchased from ebay, can you tell i love ebay for everything?? haha this is amazing, it is a very oversized shirt, i wear this either with a nice plain white tee or a nice crop top with some skinny black jeans. Click here again this was also very cheap and really good quality, Personally i think it looks better with the sleeves rolled up.

Next is an amazing crop top from Missguided, it is a cut out number, this top will literally go with anything it is so nice. (yeah mine needs ironing...sorry haha) It zips up at the back with a nice gold zip that just adds that little bit of an effect and i love it. Click here to have a look at it with more details.

Another crop top from Missguided and this time this one is in black and it is also amazing! You can get this as a two piece but i personally don't like the skirt that comes with it as it is a midi skirt and i am quite short. This is a very high neck but it looks fab with the white contrast and the cut out details. Click here to have a look, they have it in different colours but i preferred the black.

Topshop next. I got these high waisted shorts in the sale so im not too sure if they will have any left but i will link them if they do. These are amazing and really good quality and i got these for a tenner!! I do love my high waisted shorts. Click here for the website, they do have a few left but only in certain sizes so go check them out whilst they are still on sale!

The last clothing item is these PJ joggers, i love wearing joggers in bed its just super comfy. I got these from New Look. They are quite baggy but i like them like that for bed. Click here to check them out, they also have them in one other colour.

Next is this brush set that i got from Ecotools, its the fresh and flawless set. It is a set of 5 different brushes each with a different purpose. one is a flat concealer brush, one a buffing concealer brush, then a precision foundation brush, next a complexion blending brush and last a full powder brush. I think these brushes are really good but i am set on the Real Techniques brushes and i always end up going back to them. The packaging for these brushes is really good and i intend to keep them in this. Click here for more info.

Yes simple again, if you have read my other blog posts you will know that i love simple, i picked this up in Wilkos as it was on sale half price so i thought i would try it out. This is the purifying cleansing lotion. I haven't tried this product yet but im sure it will be good as it is simple. Click here for the product.

This last product is carrying on from the skincare and it is the Champneys facial cleansing system. This comes with 4 brushes, 2 cleansing and 2 exfoliating brushes. It also includes batteries. This works by vibrating the brush head and it will clean your skin. for more information check it out here i actually got it from Boots but they are no longer selling it there so i have found it on amazon.

That is the end of my haul guys, thanks for reading and if you have any suggestions on what blog posts you want me to do just get in touch :) you can tweet me at @danielleomfg or just leave a comment. Take care guys :)

Night time skincare routine :)

Hey guys, yes i am back with a new post. Sorry i haven't really posted anything much i have been soooo busy with work. Life just gets in the way sometimes...right? I am going to be showing you my night time skincare routine, I will put links to all of the products at the end of the post. This will more than likely be quite long so i better just get started :).

These are all of the products that i use in my skincare routine at the end of the day. As you can tell i do like to use Simple, just because it is so good for my skin, My skin can be quite sensitive and sometimes very dry in places and i find that Simple works the best for me.

First off i like to start by obviously washing my hands...there's no point trying to clean my face with dirty hands, am i right? But i do take it a step further and use hand sanitizer. I picked this up on my latest Primark shop...i just couldn't help my self, and oh my does it smell nice!!!

So i started with a full face of makeup as always -

To get all of the makeup off i use the Skinology cleansing lotion from Wilkos, with a cotton pad. This just helps to break down all of my makeup, it will not take all of the makeup off but it will take the majority off.

So i apply a generous amount of this onto a cotton pad and run this all over my face...yes i have to use quite a few of cotton pads but oh well... Iv done half of my face with this just to show you the difference and to show how well it took the makeup off. (please dont judge haha)

Once i have used the cleansing lotion, i then go in with Bourjois Maxi format express eye makeup remover. This is just to make sure that there is no mascara left on my lashes. Again i put this product on a cotton pad and just gently run it along my lashes. Be sure to shake the product though to mix up the two different formulas that are inside.

Then into the bathroom i go. Next is the Simple kind to skin moisturising facial wash. I use this just to make sure that there is no left over makeup still on my skin. All i do is wet my face with some nice warm water, i also make sure that my hands are wet. Then i put some of the product in the palm of my hand and it is a gel like consistency and i just work on my hand for a few seconds just to activate the product. Once the product is a nice white foam like wash, i gently work it into my skin with my fingertips avoiding the eye area. When i have worked it into my skin and made sure there would not be any makeup leftover i take a damp clean face cloth and run that over my face to get all of the product off. As soon as there is no product left i will just rinse my face with some clean warm water and then just pat my skin dry with a towel.

Once all of my face is washed and dried, i then go in with the Simple soothing facial toner. To be perfectly honest with you i dont actually know why i go in with this, i just always have. Again i just use this with a new cotton pad and run it all over my face.

I then use Simple's hydrating light moisturiser. All i do is apply a little on to my hand then dot it around my face and gently work it into my skin. I love the feeling of this moisturiser because a lot of them feel really heavy or greasy and this is just perfect.

Whilst im waiting for the moisturiser to sink into my skin i use the carmex lip balm. This works wonders for my lips its just so hydrating. Yes this was featured in my November favorites.

As soon as the moisturiser has soaked into my skin i then use the last product which is the B. Even Skintone corrector. According to the packaging it says it evens the skin tone and if you have any dark spots it will basically get rid of them. I have only just started using this product. They recommend to use it twice a day, so that's exactly what i am doing. I'm not sure if this product works yet but as soon as i have used it long enough i will do a review on it. The consistency is like a balm and it is really soft on the skin.

Well that's my night time skincare routine summed up.
All the links for the products are as follows:

The Skinology cleansing lotion has been discontinued sorry :(

Bourjois eye makeup remover I cant actually find it on any of the drugstore sites so this is the best i can do for you.

All of these are actually on sale so if you follow the link it will take you straight there :

Again i hope you made it to the end of this post haha...
The next post will be a haul, i will do it as soon as all the products that i bought in the black Friday sale arrive. If you want me to review any products for you or if you have any suggestions on future posts then just get in touch @danielleomfg :).

November favorites!!

Hey guys, seeing as i'm a new blogger i thought i better post a real blog as well as the little introduction i did earlier. So i am going to be showing you my favorites for this month. There's a fair few so i think i just better get stuck into it :)

First things first, The powder brush by Real Techniques -

I have always loved all of the Real Technique brushes so at the start of this month i thought i should expand my collection. So i went out to Superdrug and bought this as well as another but you will see that in a minuet. This is one of the softest bushes i have ever owned.

So, following on from the first favorite is the Expert face brush again by real techniques -

Yet again i am in love with this, i literally use it every single day. I use it to apply my liquid foundation. I honestly never thought that i would get such a flawless coverage but this brush actually works wonders! It distributes any foundation evenly and perfectly, i have used multiple foundations with it and it works great with every one of them, even if the consistency is thick or if it is more liquefied. What i have found with different types of foundation brushes is that they seem to soak up the product, but with this it doesn't take any of the product. Seriously guys it it is worth investing your money on.

Sticking on the makeup side of things is the Maybelline Matte Maker -

I love having a matte complexion on every makeup style that i do, its sort of my thing. I have tried out so many different powders to set my foundation with, but i'v got to say this is perfect. I came across this product in Sainsburys...yes Sainsburys. The only reason i bought it was because it was on sale down to £2.50. So i thought i may as well try it to see what its like and no word of a lie i am so glad i did!

Next i have the I Heart Makeup- Defintion trio -

I definitely am one for contorting and highlighting and with I Heart Makeup being a new range in Superdrug i thought i would test a few of their products and i am sooo happy with this. There is one downside though, you have to be careful with the bronzed colour as it is very pigmented so just make sure that you apply a little at a time. The blush is literally the perfect tone for me and i love it!!

Another product from the I Heart Makeup line and its one of their lipsticks -

This lipstick is in the shade 'I worked for it!' Recently i have been loving darker shades for my lips, as its coming to winter and all. The colour pay off is amazing and it lasted at least 3 hours before needing another coat and i think that is brill based on the price i paid for this. Paired with my next favorite its even better!

Barry M Lip Liner -

This lip liner is perfect for the lipstick that i have just shown you. But i'm afraid i dont know what shade this is in...oops. The application is smooth and it goes on really easy, if you do want a sharper lip then you do need to build the product a little but it is such a good product.

Carrying on with the Barry M Matte nail paint -

All of October and also this month i have loved this product, i love all of Barry M nail polishes but this shade is so fitting into the colder months. Like i said before i have been loving darker colours for my lips and nails. You do need two coats of this but the pay of is fantastic and the matte finish looks awesome. im not too sure what the shade is, on the back of the bottle it does say MNP2 i think that is the shade number, im not too sure though.

Another Product for my lips and that's the Carmex lip balm -

This is perfect for colder weather! My lips have been so dry and chapped this month and this is the perfect product right now! It is so moisturiser and just overall amazing!!! One thing i don't like about it is the pot but i will be repurchasing it and buying the tube instead.

Non makeup Favorites now and there is only two and the first is my White Dr Martens -

I honestly think i am in love! Every time i have left the house this month i have worn them! They did hurt at first but as soon as i broke them in (which i did the first day they got delivered) they were perfect. Iv been pairing them with some black skinny jeans or black leggings and an oversized knitted jumper...perfect for this weather!!

Last but not least, The Twilight Saga:The Complete collection -

Iv got to say having this is sooo much easier than having to borrow dvd's from friends! All five dvd's for £11 Bargain!!Yes i did have a Twilight marathon and yes i enjoyed it with a tub of ice cream and a nice hot chocolate.

That's it guys, my November favorites, hope you did read to the end, it was quite long... i guess i just like a lot of things haha. I will be doing reviews, so if you want me to review anything for you just get in touch preferably through twitter @danielleomfg . See you next time :)

First ever post!!

Just thought I would write a quick post to say I am going to be starting my own blog. I'v been meaning to do it for a while but i just haven't got round to doing it until now. I'm not sure when i am going to be posting yet, i haven't figured that out but i will defiantly try my best to find time between working. I'm not actually sure on what i am going to be posting but it will more than likely be to do with beauty products and tutorials.

I hope whoever actually takes time to read my posts will be happy with them, it is going to take time for me to find my feet if you know what i mean, but i'm sure if you stick around i will soon work it out :). If you have any ideas for me to write about or different tutorials you want me to do then be sure to get in contact with me on Twitter @danielleomfg
