My Weekend :)

At the weekend (27th-29th of March) me and my family had a nice weekend away in Skegness. The reason was because it was my niece's 4th birthday and she wanted to stay in a caravan (god knows why haha) Anyway, i thought i would tell you all about the weekend, what we got up to what i wore etc. So lets get into it!

First off on the Friday i had to get all of my things together so that we could set off. So there i was at around 9am in the morning trying on different outfits to see what fits me and what works together, it was a nightmare haha. I had to take 2 night-time outfits and 2 daytime outfits. 

So i ended up travelling in my p.js, so that the two hours that i spent in the car i was nice and comfy haha. When we finally got there we unpacked everything and it turns out i had to sleep on a sofa bed that pulled out in the living room of the caravan and i am telling you now it was tiny! So anyway we ended up going to Morrison's to get some food and things for the weekend (just to let you know i did get changed out of my p.js haha.) So we got some bits and bats and then we ended up getting Lexie (my niece) a Disney princess cake for her birthday on Sunday. 

After we all had our dinner we started to get ready to go into the club on the caravan park that we were staying at which was Golden Palm. I ended up wearing some acid wash skinny jeans with some little black Chelsea boots and a black lace top with a little black bandeau top. I also wore my mint green coat over the top because it was freezing! For my makeup i ended up going for a nice smokey eye and i straightened my hair and left it down. We didn't stay in the club long because the singers that were on weren't the best so we left at around 11 and went home. 

That stupid sofa bed wasn't exactly the comfiest thing in the world and i hardly slept and i had a bad back in the morning and i was the first one awake. So i ended up getting all my makeup done whilst i was still in bed haha. Through the day i ended up wearing my my black skinny jeans with my Nike blazers and a nice knitted jumper. We ended up going into Skegness and having a walk but it ended up raining as always. So that's when we took to the amusements and i spent a bit too much money on the slot machines haha, oh well. When it had stopped raining we went for another walk and fed the ducks with Lexie but they all ended up chasing us so we all ran off. 

On the Saturday night i wore my black skinny jeans again with my Chelsea boots and a plain white shirt with my mint green coat. We were in the club for around 30 minuets when Lexie decided to throw a bouncy ball towards me which hit my mums pint of beer that ended up all over me and i was soaked, it went everywhere and everyone saw too! Iv got to say though it was a good shot! So i then had to walk all the way back to the caravan to get changed it was horrible. I ended up throwing some leggings on instead of my jeans and changing my top. We ended up going back at around half 10 and leaving my dad in the club because he liked the band that was on and we went to bed. 

On the Sunday the last day of our weekend away, the plan was to go to fantasy island which is a little theme park but it was absolutely chucking it down so we couldn't. Seeing as it was Lexie's birthday we got the cute little cake out and she was so happy bless her and that cake was sooo nice! We didn't end up leaving the caravan until like 12pm and my dad drove us to another amusements for Lexie to play with the 2p machines but she was too tired to do anything. So we drove back to the caravan and ended up getting ready to go home. 

Overall the weekend was good apart from the crappy weather but the main thing is that Lexie had a great time bless her. I hope you enjoyed this post, i know its a bit different to my normal ones haha. Thanks for reading :)

Makeup Revolution - Blush Review :)

Hey guys, so this time i have another Blusher review and this product again is from Makeup Revolution. I have done a review on one of these blushers before but the previous one i did was in the shade 'Now' and this one is in the shade 'Wow!'

This is a really bight pink shade, you can't actually see how bright it is in the picture. Again i love how pigmented these blushers are but i think this one is a little too bight for me so i don't actually use this product much at all.

When i do use this i apply it with a angled blush brush but i think because it is so pigmented and bright that it doesn't look right on my skin tone because i am so pale. I would love to be able to wear this because it is a lovely colour. 

Overall i do love this product but i simply just can't pull it off, but if you love bright coloured blushers then this is definitely for you! Click here to check this product out on the brands website.

Something I've Been Loving :)

Hey guys, as you know im always busy with work so every chance i get i will write a blog post. This one is going to be short but i thought i would let you know something that i have been loving recently and it is worth recommending! (just thought i would point out this post is not sponsored)

So one of my friends recommended this app to me around two weeks ago and i love her for it but hate her at the same time! I love her because the app is amazing but hate her because im spending so much money!!

So basically the app is called Depop. It is a selling and buying app. i used to use Vinted but i could never find anything nice on it and it also was a bit confusing to use. Whereas Depop is so easy to use and all of the sellers that i have bought from are really nice and also genuine, you obviously have to watch out for scammers as they are everywhere these days but just read the reviews on their profile and everything should be fine and dandy.

So if you're one of these people that doesn't mind wearing second-hand clothes then it is definitely for you! also if you are one of them people that only wear a dress once then selling it on this app would be perfect. I have got some things up for sale like heels, my prom dress, makeup that i don't use.

So far i have bought, foundations other makeup items, some nice two piece's. I also plan on buying more things. I know that youtubers like Victoria (inthefrow) uses the app and a lot of others.

So what i am trying to say is the app is brilliant, people sell things like mac, bobbi brown and other high-end makeup brands some people do it simply because the shades are wrong or they just dont use the product. That is the main reason why i use it, to get high end makeup at a cheaper price. (also i should say the app is free to buy!)

My Favorites Films So Far :)

Hey guys, Today i have a very different post to what i normally write but this time i am going to be telling you all of my recent favorite films. I do like a lot of films and i watch a lot because that's how i like to relax with a nice film and a cuppa. Some of these films i have liked from years ago and some of them i have only just seen. The sort of films i like are romantic comedies but then i also like fantasy films and some marvel films.

So first of i am going to tell you the most recent films that i enjoyed. 

The last film i watched was called Love, Rosie, This film is about a boy and a girl who have been best friends since they were little and there were complications between them but in reality they were a lot more than best friends. It is a really good film and i enjoyed it loads, I watched the trailer for it ages ago on YouTube and i loved it since then and the full film is amazing.

So the next film well, series of films is The Hunger Games, i have always loved The Hunger Games and i couldnt wait until Mockingjay Part 1. I have got to say it is amazing and i just really love Jennifer Lawrence in a lot of films and i think she plays the role really good. You all know what The Hunger Games is about so there is no point in me explaining haha.

The next film that i really liked was The Maze Runner. It was one of them films that you just need to know what happens and when it finishes you are just left wanting to know more about it and it is a really good film and i would recommend it anyone and everyone haha. To anyone who hasn't seen it and they think it looks scary it really isn't, i am a wimp when it comes to scary films and i didn't want to watch this at first but it isn't scary or anything.

I think you all need to watch this next film if you haven't, It is called If I Stay and i really enjoyed this and not many films bring me to tears but this one really did! It is about a girl who has a car accident and ends up in a coma and she has an out of body experience where she can see everyone around her but they cant see her and it is up to her whether she wakes up from the coma or not and it is a very touching movie. 

The next film i really love and i have watched it about 100 times or something stupid but it is Divergent and i really cannot wait until the next one comes out! You will of all heard of it but it is honestly a really good film. I actually bought the book of it when the film first came out but i still haven't got the chance to read it yet oops.

Another one of my all time favorites is The Amazing Spider-man 1 and 2 and i just absolutly love these the story behind it is soo good. If you like Spiderman or if you like Marvel films you will love these!

I also love the Twilight Saga just like most girls haha. Im not going to explain what it is or put pictures up because that will take forever haha. I really want them to do a book/film and follow Renesmee and Jacob i think it would be really good!

The last film i am going to mention is my all time favorites and i have watched this way too many times, i watched it 3 times in 2 days i loved it that much haha! This is The Mortal Instruments : City Of Bones. After watching this i bought the whole book series and i have read about 4 of them so far but then i became really busy with work so i haven't had time to finish the rest of them but it is truly amazing and i love Lilly Collins who plays Clary in it (the main character)

This post could go on forever but i am going to stop here, these are all of my main favorite films but there are also a lot of others that i like for example, shes the man, mean girls, sydney white etc.

My Morning Skincare Routine :)

Hey guys, so today i am telling you all my morning skincare routine, i have previously done a night time skincare routine but i have changed it up a little in the morning because my skin is quite bad at the minuet. 

Recently i have been having a few problems with my skin, my skin type is normally combination skin but recently its been getting a lot more dry and even in my t-zone which doesn't normally happen. So i had a look around on the Superdrug website...my favorite website haha, anyway lets get to the point, i found some new products that i haven't tried before so i thought i would get them and see if they help me with my dry skin. I have got to say it works wonders, my makeup isn't clinging to my dry areas anymore and it feel so soft and in much better condition than before. So i will show you what products i now use and tell you what order i use them in. 

So the first thing i do on a morning is use a face wash, and i found this one on the Superdrug website and i thought it might work so i tried it and it does it is the Johnsons daily essentials nourishing cream wash. It doesn't dry my skin out one bit and it also feels like it is moisturising it at the same time as cleansing. I don't really like face washes that foam as i think they have a drying element to them and this one is more like a lotion type. So all i do is wet my face apply a little of the product into my hand and rub it into my hands a little then apply it all over my face and gently massage it in for a few minuets. Then i just rinse it off and then pat my skin dry.

I then apply a toner to my face which is the Simple Soothing toner and i do this because i think is kind of soothes and cools my skin after washing it and it seems to get a little more moisture into my skin after using the face wash. So all i do is apply this to a cotton pad and then smooth it over all of my face.

After i have let the toner sink into my skin i use a new day cream that i got and i have featured this in one of my haul posts i think. it is the B.Ready skin phase 1 day cream. Hopefully by the time this post goes up i will have already posted my first impression of this product, i would do a review but i haven't been using it for long enough to do a proper review on. So i apply a little of this all over my face and gently rub it in. I do find at first this product is quite greasy but if you let it soak in then it is alright. 

So after i have let the moisturiser soak into my skin i then apply a serum, it is Superdrug's Simply pure hydrating serum because of the dry skin problem i have. I apply a little of this all over my face but concentrating on the really dry areas like my nose chin and a bit on my cheeks.

I then go in with the Simple kind to eye balm, this is just so that it cools my eyes and it takes the puffiness away. All i do is apply a little of it under my eyes and then using my ring finger i gently pat it into my skin until it is absorbed.

I then try to leave my skin for 30-60 minuets before i apply any makeup. This is just so that all of the products are fully absorbed into my skin.

First Impression - B.Ready Day Cream :)

Hey everyone, today i have got another first impression for you and it is on the B.Ready Day Cream, this is the one from the skin phase 1 which i think is from age 20-30 but it is the youngest one they do so i got it anyway haha. 

I bought this quite a while ago but i was trying to use my Simple moisturiser up first and then start using this one. First off can we just appreciate the packaging that it comes in, as you will all probably know now i am a big sucker for packaging! and this is just so pretty and it just looks so nice sitting on my makeup desk.

Anyway lets actually talk about the contents of the amazing packaging. It is quite a thick consistency product and it applies really well and it soaks in well but there is one thing i don't really like about it and that is that it really greasy! If i leave it for around 30 minuets to soak in i can't feel the product at all on my face but it looks so shiny and greasy. Im not sure if that is because it is a kind of heavy moisturiser i don't know. 

The main thing though is that the cream feels nice on my skin and after having it on one day i did see a difference at the end of the day because i have really dry skin and my makeup normally clings to the dry patches and using this product under my makeup stopped it from clinging.

So overall i do really like this product so far except for the greasy look but as i always put makeup on when i go out anyway so that will be covered up.
